If your family doesn’t have Celias but you do . It suppose to be in the gene what happens if I have nobody in my family does.

is it possible to still have it if it’s not inherited ?

Did your family and you get gene tested?  Family members may have silent celiac.  It's been know to skip a generation or so.   Unknown adoptions sometimes plays into this.

Hashimoto's thyroiditis and Type 1 diabetes share genetic roots with celiac.  So while you may be the first celiac patient, look for the other two to see the potential source for celiac.

This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):

Wheat flour is fortified with vitamins in the U.S. as a part of USDA policy. Gluten free facsimile products are not fortified. There is no government mandate for such. When you remove wheat flour by going gluten free, you may be removing a significant source of vitamins.
