Has anyone had a bad reaction to nail polish after being diagnosed with Celiac?  I have a dermatitis breakout on both ankles. Didn't know nail polish had gluten in it.

Yes, some nail polishes can contain wheat.

How do I find out which are gluten free?  What ingredient should I look for?

Do you know what the ingredients were in the polish you used?

I use the Sinful brand nail polishes and haven’t had any issues with them (I had researched beforehand to make sure they were safe).  My friend who is a nail artist told me that some gel nail polishes have gluten in them too.

Some nail polishes contain iodine, which is bad for dermatitis.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
