Endoscopy results Normal. Does it mean I'm not Coeliac?

I had an endoscopy a few days ago and the consultants report has shown that my Oesophagus, Stomach and Duodenum are all normal. 3 Biopsies have been taken from my Duodenum and I'm now awaiting results. But if everything appears normal via endoscopy, surely this would mean there is no damage and the likelihood of coeliac is very low?

Just to add my Bloods were extremely high and I've eaten gluten up to the endoscopy.

Has anyone else experienced similar results? I was looking forward to finally having answers, but now I'm more confused then ever 🤦‍♂️.

Damage cannot always be seen visually. It depends on the magnification of the endoscope.  That is why biopsies are taken.

Oh right. I was under the impression it would be noticeable from the off with smooth appearance due to the lack of Villi. I have a follow up appointment on the 2nd of Feb where I'll hopefully have a final diagnosis. Thank you for updating me.

Bastante. Nuestro consejo sera NO LO HAGA!

I also read this which some recommended as well: NASPGHAN recommends eating roughly 2 servings of gluten, equivalent to 2 slices of wheat-based bread, daily for 6-8 weeks prior to testing.
