I've read too much & am confused. Called them-they said it is but i'd like to be certain.

Only the company can tell you if their product is gluten-free. If you contacted them and they said it's gluten-free, then it should be gluten-free. 

A quick look at their website shows no gluten ingredients:

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
