Yes, a nutritionist should be able to order tests for nutritional deficiencies.  Test for magnesium, Vitamin D, and iron.

Blood tests for the B vitamins are not accurate.  The best way to test for deficiencies is to take B Complex and Benfotiamine and look for improvement.

I like Life Extension, and Nature's Way.  Yes, available on Amazon.  Stay away from rice flour fillers.

Keep in mind that blood tests for nutritional deficiencies may not be valid if you are already taking vitamin supplements. That may mask deficiencies.

so just to update, Ive been watching what i eat to see what symptoms i develop. one of them is a clogged ear. I noticed a few months ago my ear would clog up every morning and had no idea why. since Ive stopped eating gluten it no longer occurs. I had instant rice two days ago (non gluten free) and developed the clogged ear shortly after eating. yesterday i had gluten free rice and for the last two days no clogged ear. weird stuff. im also noticing fats from eggs or pork make me feel sleepy, lethargic, depressed and my nervous system is masked if that makes sense. I feel like ive taken a pain killer when i eat even the smallest amount of fat. I realize iam not digesting it properly but the effects of it are crazy.

Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute. If you are interested in summaries of scientific publications on the topic of oats and celiac disease, we have an entire category dedicated to it which is here: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/oats-and-celiac-disease-are-they-gluten-free/
