Hi everyone,

My sis wants me to go tanning with her. Does anyone go tanning, and can you recommend which lotions are gluten-free?

Also, there do I have to worry about getting a pedicure, since it's on my feet?

Which beers do NOT have rice?

Thanks!

Banana boat sunscreen is gluten-free.

Okay, Tandora is okay and so is one called Echo. These ones are especially for tanning beds.

Thanks! I do mean for the tanning beds.

Where do I buy those brands? Are they available at the tanning salon?

They are an american product and I bought them from the Salon here. There are many others but one I thought was safe I had a horrendous reaction to.

Wow! Thanks. I'll look for them while in the salon.

I will post who Tandori is made by when I get home, which will still be about 3 hours from now.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
