I got this list of companies who always list gluten ingredients (Wheat, Rye, Barley, or Oats) at my last GIG meeting. I thought it was awesome and wanted to pass it on. It's definitely going to help me when shopping. The small known gluten-free companies arent' listed. This is main stream stuff. If you know of others, please add!!

I am not sure if this will help you or not depending on your location...but

Wegmans posts Gluten Free on all their store brand foods. It is a big help when shopping for stuff. I never enjoyed store brand food before but their's actually tastes very good. I was impressed.

      I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.

      Trader Joe's carries a good variety of affordable gluten-free foods like bagels, hamburger buns, pasta, etc. I like Franz Gluten Free bread, which is available at my local Costco. Food For Life and Little Northern Bakehouse (advertisers here) also make excellent gluten-free breads. Costco also sells gluten-free pizzas, crackers, gravy, etc.
