Is Maltodextrin gluten free?? I am confused about this one...any one got any ideas??

In the US, it's gluten-free; made from corn most of the time.

Yes, in Canada it is also made from corn starch. It's gluten free :)

...and in Europe, it might or it might not be, so you need to check, or if not sure, avoid it. Just thought I'd add that in case people come over on holidays... :)

In the U.S. it CAN have wheat but it must be plainly listed if it does. That includes any foods from other countries that are sold here.

      I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.

      Trader Joe's carries a good variety of affordable gluten-free foods like bagels, hamburger buns, pasta, etc. I like Franz Gluten Free bread, which is available at my local Costco. Food For Life and Little Northern Bakehouse (advertisers here) also make excellent gluten-free breads. Costco also sells gluten-free pizzas, crackers, gravy, etc.
