Burlington Mall is a bit of a hike for me I'm in the mid-Cape area... especially at night and drinking blah blah. Do I have to decide now? Maybe sometime we could do south Shore Mall in Braintree ... I'm pretty sure there is a Legal there too.

I think we decided on that place because of our NH friends, especially Portsmouth...that's a hike too. Take your time to decide...there is no rush..we most likely be making the reservation no more than a week in advance.

My daughter's recital is May 12 and then my other daughter's 4th grade dance thing is on the 19th so June would be better for me too. I hope we can ALL get together at the same time soon.

I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.

It's great to hear that eliminating gluten has helped alleviate symptoms like eye burning, which is a significant and positive change. The first and most important step is to ensure you're consuming enough protein throughout the day to support muscle repair and growth, which can be challenging with a busy schedule. Since you're already physically active at work, adding focused strength training just 2-3 times per week can make a major difference. Bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups (modified if needed), and lunges, or using resistance bands at home, are excellent, efficient places to start. Remember, consistency with these short sessions and prioritizing post-workout recovery, including good sleep and hydration, are just as crucial as the workouts themselves. It's a smart, gradual process at any age.

Trader Joe's carries a good variety of affordable gluten-free foods like bagels, hamburger buns, pasta, etc. I like Franz Gluten Free bread, which is available at my local Costco. Food For Life and Little Northern Bakehouse (advertisers here) also make excellent gluten-free breads. Costco also sells gluten-free pizzas, crackers, gravy, etc.
