Is vinager safe? Ketchup? All that kinda stuff?

Most vinegar is safe because of the distilation process. EXCEPT Malt vinegar, this has gluten. I use Heinz ketchup, it is gluten-free. I also use French's and Gulden mustard (I do not know for sure it is gluten-free, however I do not react to it and I am sensitve).

I have read on this board that apple cider flavored vinegar is bad, but real apple cider vinegar is okay. Also, if it just says "vinegar" on the label, it is apple cider vinegar and okay. For other condiments, I'd read each label because they can vary.

I've discovered that some ketchups have "tomato paste" listed as the main ingredient and tomato paste quite often can have gluten in it. I know that Heinz ketchup is safe...I called the company and they sent me a list of their products that are gluten-free.

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
