On Hormels list of gluten free foods its on there, but im still nervis since i know most sausages contain a binding that contains wheat gluten anyone had this sausage and is it good??

These are breakfast sausages. Breakfast sausage meat should not have any starch binder in it. If it is on Hormel's gluten-free list, it should be ok.

psawyer Proficient

Hormel will clearly disclose gluten in the ingredient list as wheat, rye, oats or barley. If you don't see those words, it's gluten-free.
