Here is another link...

I am sure you could copy and paste the items you like and save it to word.

Hope this helps

DLayman, that is a great link, but I think there is a newer one out there.

I'm guessing this one was done in Jan. 2004. I haven't found any differences yet, but I'm still looking.

Everytime I try to click on one of the sites for the gluten free food lists I am kicked off the internet. I have a question---is soy lecithin ( an ingredient in many foods ) safe or unsafe?

Soy lecithin is gluten free, from what I've read. Some people may have a soy sensitivity, however.

I have the Clan Thompson database on my pocket PC and highly recommend it!

Thank-you for the info on soy lecithin Judy Naradowski

The best list i've found is in PDF format. (same one as others posted here - but a newer version came out in May. Open Original Shared Link )

Instead of a Palm, i use the T-Mobile Sidekick which is a web-browser, emailer, phone etc. Unfortunately it doesn't read PDFs. (Nearly all Palms do btw)

I was a bit surprised to find that Adobe has a tool online to convert a PDF into html.

(Open Original Shared Link)

While the output isn't 100% ideal (minor formatting issues) it DOES create links from Table of Contents to the correct page of the document. (not to exactly the paragraph w/in the page tho)

If you'd like to see the converted html version, I've put it on my earthlink "webspace", Open Original Shared Link

NOW my problem is that while the Table of Contents links work fine on the desktop pc, somehow they don't w/ the Sidekick.

:o

Not sure yet if i can further edit the html to make the list usable from my pocket or if i'll have to get a Palm or something else.

Hello, I was very stick,  with flu like symptoms, but my virus panel came back negative and we couldn’t figure out what’s going on. The doctor then added a celiac panel.  Has anyone ever had such a dramatic change?  What are the odds this is true celiac I am going to have an endoscopy, but it’s expensive and I just feel like why can’t the labs be enough?

Eating out in general is full of risks, but this article may help:

This kind of question is always difficult to give a definitive answer to because of so many variables. One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to being "safe".

I don't live in the US, but based on this thread, I wouldn't risk it:   https://www.reddit.com/r/glutenfree/comments/1n2ehw8/cracker_barrel/   This app is helpful: https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/

I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?
