Warts

Where do you get salt pork? Would bacon do? Do you cook it first?

Well, actually, folk remedies can seem strange to us who are bombarded with industrialized medical concepts, but they actually make a lot of sense. The salt pork is so rich in salt and it's the salt that is drawing out the offending thing. The sliver of pork is easy to keep in place. Now it is true that warts are caused by a virus, so they may return, but I can tell you this was the ONLY effective method for me growing up- AND for my daughter today. It also cured a NASTY foot infection that had every specialist scratching their heads on my kid's Dad's foot in less than a week!

Salt pork is in the meat section and if it's not out, usually if you ask the butcher, he'll get you some. I keep it in the freezer. Also delicious to cut off a small chunk and cook with fresh string beans. (That's French, too!) I'm French and Greek so we've got ALL KINDS of "crazy" remedies for stuff! Good luck!

Bacon might work- I don't know if it's as salty as pork though.

Remember to be religious about keeping it on and sprinkle some salt on the salt pork, too, each time you change it.

Good luck!

My son had molluscum which is a body wart. I use this tincture or iodine, tea trea oil and and something else. I can't remember where I found it. It was on line. It may have been Forces of Nature. Anyway, it cleared them up in two weeks.

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
