Reaction To Band-aids?

My dad reacts to adhesives in bandaids and tapes, and we read that most of them are made with corn products. Maybe you're allergic to corn and wheat, sometimes

I think I react to most all grains, even in the air like if corn is grown in the area, or if I am in a bakery I get allergy type reactions. Maybe you could get skin tested for these grain foods? Good luck.

I was told most adhesives are made of corn products. Maybe it's an allergy? I suspect I react to all grasses, wheat, corn, rye...

I use a hormone replacement patch and always have a red rash under it when I take it off, which takes a few days to go away. Fortunately I can move the placement around so at any one time I only have one rash and one patch, not in the same place.

You'd think the manufacturers could come up with a better adhesive for these products...
