Ghirardelli Chocolates

I seached the Ghirardelli site online and found their ingrediants lists for chocolate candies. On it the allergy tab brings up lists of products by conditions one may have and products that contain affect that user.

The Gluton Free section contains only one item that is NOT gluton free and that is the classic white chocolate chips! I search their entire site including "contact" and did not find a phone number for Ghirardelli.

Does anyone have information on Ghirardelli Chocolates.

The gentleman who answered is researching for me and will call back shortly.

Ghiradelli called me back and their quality assurance people claim that all their chocolate candiew are gruten free exept the white chocolate bars with crisps.

I will accept it for what it is worth. Thanks for the lead. Their phone number is 415-771-4903 for anyone who cares to check.

I would keep an eye out for malt (hence the crisps), but Clan Thompson has the same info as the website, the White Chips being the only taboo thing.
