Readers Digest And Celiac Disease

I wish I had made note of the issue, but, I was in a Dr. office yesterday with my wife and thumbed thru the Readers Digest in the waiting room.

Celiac Disease was discussed in that issue in the story Top 10 Disease's Doctors Miss, or something very similar. I checked the website, but, nothing came up under a search for Celiac.

It didn't offer much information, but, at least news of the disease is getting out there. The one fact it did mention is that celiac disease is much more common than once thought. This may be a good thing. The more this makes it into the main stream, the more likely we will be to find more food choices in places where there are none or few as of yet.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
