I just made Bette Hagmans Italian Flat Bread It is wonderful! After it baked, I spread basil pesto on it, put thin sliced tomatoes and mozzerella cheese on it and put in toaster oven long enough to melt cheese. Here is the recipe:

2 tsp sugar

1 cup lukewarm water (105 degrees or so)

1 packet yeast

1 cup rice flour

1/2 cup tapioca flour

1 1/2 tsp xanathan gum

1 TBSP minced onion

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp fennel

1 egg

3 TBSP olive oil, divided

2 TBSP parmesan cheese

Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray. Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, minced onion, fennel and salt. Set aside.

Put sugar in water and add yeast. Set aside

In heavy duty mixer (kitchenaid) mix egg and 1 TBSP olive oil. Add yeast water. Add flour mix and beat on high for 2 minutes Pour dough into pan and spread to cover. (CAUTION: Cover your fingers with oil or you will have a sticky mess!) Drizzle remaining  olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. At this point you could also put sun dried tomatoes, ripe olives or other cheeses. Cover and let rise for 45-50 minutes. Bake in 400 preheated oven for 20=25 minutes until golden brown. Best bread I have had in a while, except for her featherlight bread

Thank you that’s really helpful, hopeful won’t have to have a biopsy.

That means the normal range (i.e. not celiac disease) would be a result less than 14.99.  Your result is WAY above that. Some gastroenterologists would diagnose that as celiac disease even without a confirming biopsy because it is more than ten times the top of the normal range.

Hi everyone. Back in 2022 I had blood work drawn for iga ext gliadin. Since then I’ve developed worse stomach issues and all other health issues. My doctor just said cut out gluten. He did no further testing. Please see my test results attached. I just need some direction cause I feel so ill and the stomach pain is becoming worse. Can this test show indications for other gastrointestinal diseases?

Thank you. These were the results TTG ABS NUMERICAL: > 250.0 U/mL [< 14.99]  Really don’t understand the results!

Clearly from what you've said the info on Dailymed is much more up to date than the other site, which hasn't been updated since 2017. The fact that some companies might be repackaging drugs does not mean the info on the ingredients is not correct.
