Looking for a fudgesicle that's gluten-free and still a commercial cocktail sauce.

All Philly Swirl flavors are gluten-free and they have a fudgesicle flavor. Does Popsicle has a fudge flavor? If so, read the ingredients to see if it's gluten-free. They will clearly list any gluten.

Last time I checked McCormick cocktail sauce was gluten-free. They will also clearly list gluten so just read the ingredients. Crosse and Blackwell was also gluten-free. And I think Kraft was, but -- once agaon -- just read the ingredients. They will clearly list gluten.

Of course cocktail sauce is also easy to make using ketchup, lemon juice, horseradish sauce, worchestershire, and a little chili powder.

Protein Fusion has some GREAT tasting fudge flavored gluten free frozen bars which tasted exactly like fudgesicles to me. Their rep introduced those at our local celiac fair and I resisted all the other goodies (OK, I stuffed all the free samples in baggies to take home) except those. Well, you can't take home melting fudgesicles, can you?? HOWEVER, those are NOT dairy free. I think they are lactose free but contain whey or casein (forgot exactly which) which won't work if you have diagnosed cow's milk intolerance, like I do. I had to give the rest to my nonceliac husband when I learned I couldn't eat those anymore. :(

The popsicle (Breyers) people have gluten-free ingredients in their traditional fudgesicle, but those are not dairy free and they don't have dedicated lines for gluten-free foods in their factory. So cross contamination is a major consideration. :o

Hello, I was very stick,  with flu like symptoms, but my virus panel came back negative and we couldn’t figure out what’s going on. The doctor then added a celiac panel.  Has anyone ever had such a dramatic change?  What are the odds this is true celiac I am going to have an endoscopy, but it’s expensive and I just feel like why can’t the labs be enough?

Eating out in general is full of risks, but this article may help:

This kind of question is always difficult to give a definitive answer to because of so many variables. One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to being "safe".

I don't live in the US, but based on this thread, I wouldn't risk it:   https://www.reddit.com/r/glutenfree/comments/1n2ehw8/cracker_barrel/   This app is helpful: https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/

I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?
