I didn't answer any questions as I didn't see any that applied to me.

I was tested by enterolab after being very gluten lite for 1 1/2 months. My regular doctor would have tested me but I felt it was a mute point after that length of time.

Since I have a celiac gene I would generally say I have celiac but the very beginnings of it, before damage was done. My son tested positive through enterolab and has 2 celiac genes so he's really the only one we could truly say has celiac, although he was just over the cutoff. Maybe we should all say we are gluten intolerant since we didn't have the damage yet.

Good idea for the poll though.

Nancy, because you changed it, my vote doesn't show up any more, and it says I already voted and won't let me vote again.

I voted that I self-diagnosed, my doctor (I believe) put into my chart that I have celiac disease, and I tell people I have celiac disease, because otherwise my family wouldn't take me seriously.
