gluten-free Coconut Macaroons

Hi All :)

First time posting~

I made this receipe and baked it today so I thought I would share it-I thought they were yummy!!

GLUTEN FREE COCONUT MACAROONS

1 pkg Flaked Coconut

2/3 cup Sugar

4 Tbsp Gluten Free Baking Flour (Bob's Red Mill is what I used)

Sorry, I should have thought to put the size package in and now its gone in the trash but if memory serves I belive that it is a 14oz package~

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye.
