Welcome to the forum, @ARutherford! Have you considered that your child may have gluten intolerance/celiac disease? It's not an allergy, it's an autoimmune response to the ingestion of gluten. Our youngest son (of 4 kids close in age) was diagnosed as celiac at age 2 in 1978. I felt strongly that he had to be so careful outside the house that he deserved a home where he could relax.
