Hi, is a cheeseburger with all the fixings ok to eat? I 'd have it with ketchup, pickles, and onions. I'm curious to eat there. I have tried MC'ds successfully.

Thanks

Here is the link directly to Burger Kings allergy listing. It doesn't look like we can have too much there.

 otay---my son is a McDonalds store manager--nothing ever goes in the fry oil except french fries and hashbrowns and yes, the hashbrowns are gluten-free too :P --i have had them--they say the burgers are safe too, but i worry that the person turning the burgers may have used that turner on buns too, so i havent tried that <_< , i also understand the shakes are ok, but one isnt and i think it is chocalate, but not sure ;) -----now i know that wendy's frosty's are gluten-free :) and i often have their baked potato with cheese and have never gotten ill---------burger king is another story, their fryers are not exclusive to just fries to my, knowledge--i also have another son who works at burger king ;)---eating at a fastfood place will always be a risk, we are only as safe as the servers, not that they do it on purpose, but they just dont know  --------------i wish i was rich instead of beautiful  right, anyways, if i had money i would start a change of gluten-free restautants for all of us--deb

I received some conflicting info in regards to McDonalds. When I spoke with one of their reps in corporate recently, I was told that the patties were seasoned, which was not guaranteed gluten-free.

I was taking medicine for sibo but it was not agreeing with my stomach at all.Was on gabapentin but it amps me up.I was taking in morning because it wasn't allowing me to sleep. This has always been an issue with medicine and me.Even going to dentist, the good shot that numbs you once, I can't take because it makes my heart beat fast and I  get the shakes.I have to take the crappy stuff and get injected always more than 4 times always. Its infuriating

I showed one doctor I went to once because completely clueless of celiac disease and yes that one was connected to a well known hospital and she said oh thats just a bunch of people that think they are celiac coming together. I said um no they have doctors and knowledge behind what is being written. So bay area is Downplaying this site! SADLY

If you successfully digest gluten with enzyme supplements so it won’t give you side effects, your challenge won’t be worthwhile because the digested fragments of gluten also won’t stimulate antibody production or cause intestinal damage.

Thanks for the resource! I will check it out!

You can search this site for prescriptions medications, but will need to know the manufacturer/maker if there is more than one, especially if you use a generic version of the medication: To see the ingredients you will need to click on the correct version of the medication and maker in the results, then scroll down to "Ingredients and Appearance" and click it, and then look at "Inactive Ingredients," as any gluten ingredients would likely appear there, rather than in the Active Ingredients area. https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/
