Niagara Falls Canada Weekend

My husband and I spent the weekend in Niagara Falls, (Canada) this past weekend and I was pleasantly surprised with how the hotel and restaurants there handled my g.f. requests. We stayed at the Best Western Fallsview. I had advised them by email of my need for gluten free food and when I arrived I was introduced to the manager, who indicated he would ensure that the chef knew of my dietary needs. I ate two breakfasts in the hotel and one dinner. At all of the meals, the chef came to my table and asked me what I would like. The servers were also very accommodating. We went to the Outback Steakhouse for dinner on the Friday night and I was able to choose from a g.f. menu. Also on Sunday, we met family for lunch at the Casino Banquet Hall. I told one of the servers of my g.f. needs and he brought out one of the sous chefs who went around with me to the various stations and let me know what would be safe.

Hope this is helpful to others who want to enjoy this amazing wonder of the world.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
