Great Store In Quakertown, Pa.

I was visiting my family in Quakertown, Pa. last week and went to the natural food store. I can't remember the name, but it is is the shopping complex on 309 where the Kohls and Kmart is. They have a huge gluten free section. The owners wife is gluten intolerant and they have tons of products, some I have never seen. In the back in the frozen section is a awesome millet bread that they get from Florida. The one I got had millet flour, zuchinni, cauliflower, carrots, carrot juice, baking powder, and salt. No dairy no eggs. Some have nuts, some have yeast. This one was yeast free. It tastes like real bread. Of course it is better warmed, but not bad cold. They are thin slices good for sandwiches. You can't even see or tell the veggies are in it. On the package it says contains, wheat, gluten or yeast. Don't freak. The owner has talked with the company, and they put that on their because some of the breads have yeast and the bread is made in a factory that has oat products, but no wheat. There is no gluten or wheat in the bread.

Thanks!! I'm moving to that area next week. From the directions you gave, I'm sure I'll be able to find it (at least my husband will :P ). I'll definately be checking it out.

The name of it is "To Your Health"--my husband found out from a co-worker after I told him about it :)

Just so you know the owner knows a lot about natural health products. He told me about a great natural clinic nearby called Woodlands. I am going to check it out for help with all my other issues!

It looks like their most recent clinical trial just finished up on 5-22-2025.

Dear Scott,  please check the link https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05574010?intr=KAN-101&rank=1 What do you think about it?

KAN‑101 is still very much in development and being actively studied. It has not been dropped—rather, it is advancing through Phases 1 and 2, moving toward what could become the first disease‑modifying treatment for celiac disease. https://anokion.com/press_releases/anokion-announces-positive-symptom-data-from-its-phase-2-trial-evaluating-kan-101-for-the-treatment-of-celiac-disease/

Thiamine interacts with all the other B vitamins.  Thiamine and B 6 make a very important enzyme together. With more thiamine and other vitamins available from the supplements your body is absorbing the ones you need more of.  The body can control which vitamins to absorb or not.  You're absorbing more and it's being transported through the blood.   It's common to have both a Thiamine and a Pyridoxine deficiency.  Keep taking the B Complex. This is why it's best to stop taking supplements for six to eight weeks before testing vitamin levels.

Yes I took a supplement that had B6 in it, low dosage though. I've stopped taking that. B1 doesn't affect other B vitamin levels?
