Hey Lollie,

Good to hear from you again. New Bern is a beautiful town. You will love it there. I live about a hour and half up the coast from there.

I am planning to start a support group here very soon. You really aren't very far away. PM me if you would like a list of NC contacts.

Lisa!!!!! I will help in any way possible!

It's good to hear from Lollie again. If anyone has interest in joining a support group in Eastern North Carolina, please feel free to contract me or go to www.celiac.org for support information.

It's easier with friends. ;)

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
