When I first got sick, I also got really bad psoriasis. Could it have anything to do with celiac?

You bet your bottom dollar it could. I've had it (along with rheumatoid arthritis) for four years now, went gluten free in Nov. 07 and psoriasis has almost gone away. Still working on the arthritis though

Sweet. I really hope so. I ran out of Dovonex cream and I'd have to pay a lot of money to go back to the dermatologist and get a refill. I've only been gluten free for a few weeks now. I haven't really noticed a difference though, but I guess it takes a lot of time from what I've heard.

After being gluten free for a while I was able to switch to the cheaper over the counter stuff (pine tar) for occasional flare ups. I still use the pine tar soap because I like it

Two to three months for me. Just be patient. I have been on Dovonex and Halobetasol proprionate for four years now, along with other preparations for areas I would rather not discuss. It used to take me at least 10 minutes in the morning and evening to cream and ointment myself up! What a sticky mess. Yuck! Now I'm down to about 30 seconds morning and night. And not scratching nearly as much. :P

https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/joim.70025 Very recent (September 2025) Finland study may be of interest. Borderline negative and low positive ant-TTG, with negative and positive EMA tests in patients diagnosed with Celiac Disease.

Thanks for the list too makes me realise why I still get symptoms after cutting gluten , all that reading has just made sense to why I'm still struggling , thankyou Scott Adams very insightful , I've been baking to and there is xanthum gum in the flour , I understand now why I still have issues with that too, and ive had to cut dairy also , i had a terrible flare few months ago and my throat also was very irritable and I had sinuses issues all makes sence 👍
