Coriander is a spice made from the seed of the Cilantro plant. The plant, which is also called the Coriander plant or Chinese Parsley, is a member of the carrot and parsley family. The seeds are small and round, with a brown or yellowish-brown color.

Cumin is the dried seed harvested from the herb Cuminum Cyminum, a member of the parsley family. Also known as comino, this spice has a distinctive aromatic odor and a slightly bitter, but warm taste. It plays a major role in Mexican, Thai, Vietnamese and Indian cuisines, and it's also a popular seasoning in the fiery chili recipes of the southwestern U.S.

I would not try either of these, my tummy could not do either, but maybe you can!

      Thoughts? Non-endoscopic Celiac diagnosis in two year old

      Okay that is really good to know. So with that being positive and the other being high it makes sense she diagnosed her even without the endoscopy. So glad we caught it early. She had so many symptoms though that to me it was clear something was wrong. yeah I think we had better test us and the other kids as well.

      One doctor suggested it, but then seemed irritated when I asked follow-up questions. Oh well—

      @GlorietaKaro, your respiratory reactions to gluten make me wonder if there might also be an allergic (anaphylaxis) component at work here.

In the meantime, I will carry on has I have been— it’s working! Thanks also for the validation— sometimes I just feel crushed by disbelief. Not enough to make me eat gluten though—
