One more thought... it's very easy to try and do more to fix things. But it might be that you need to ask more to get more instead of trying to do more yourself. If you see what I mean.

Hm, I would say depending on the couple, about three-four times a week would be normal? If you see each other regularly, that is. I guess up to everyday can be considered normal as well, anything above that and I would call you a rabbit :D And if you have sex less than once a week

Well I thought today was a breakthrough...but it turned out to be a disaster. I was actually in the mood, but got completely sad and frustrated when I couldn't have an orgasm. (No orgasm in YEARS people) so we start talking. We talk about my guilt on my decision making for bringing us here, we talk about the stress and we talk about my desire or lack thereof, we talk about what we like and don't like and I think we're getting somewhere. Then he just changes and equates it all to how he feels rejected and unloved and how he thinks that I wish I hadn't married him.

I tried to explain how I felt, how he had desire he couldn't just turn off and I had no desire that I couldn't just turn on. He thinks I don't enjoy sex with him and it's just another thing on my list that I have to do, like the dishes. :(

It's past 2 am here so I'm not my most coherent... but wanted to post a quick note of sympathy in any case. :):(

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
