There will be a North Hills Celiac Support Group gathering on Wednesday, January 28 at 7:00pm. Here is the opportunity for us to come together to see how we can support each other be it thru knowledge, experience, answer questions, or maybe asking a lot of questions with hopes of finding answers or at least be pointed in the direction of where to go to find the answer.

Due to lousy weather (we're having snow, sleet, and freezing rain all mixed together here), the above-mentioned meeting has been postponed til March 25 (same time and place).

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
