there doesn't seem to be any offending ingredients in it, but i want to make 100 % sure. I'm really craving it.

So, can someone verify it's safe based on experience perhaps?

Is there gluten in V8 100% Vegetable Juice?

No. None of the V8 Vegetable Juice products contain gluten.

I have consumed V8 with no ill effects.

ive had it before without any problems.

its also really good if you heat it up and eat it like tomato soup (with crackers or grilled cheese mm)

      Wheat flour is fortified with vitamins in the U.S. as a part of USDA policy. Gluten free facsimile products are not fortified. There is no government mandate for such. When you remove wheat flour by going gluten free, you may be removing a significant source of vitamins.
