My girlfriend has celiac and i know it's tough finding good places to eat, so here is a list of resturaunts that are gluten free the we have tried and have had very good expericnes at.

Pizzaeria Uno's "Has pizza and is decient"

Outback Steak House " also has an amazing choclate dessert with gluten free brownie"

Bugaboo Creek Steak House

Chilli's

Red Robin "Hamburger Joint"

PF Changs

Pee Wei's " Chinese in Warwick Rhode Island "

Longhorn Steak House

Alice's Diner in Fall River , Ma " also stocks gluten free breads, english muffins and desserts to take home"

Here is a random list of gluteen fre items you may not know or maybe you do

One Source Prenatal Vitamans, for you pregnant girls

Ensure nutrient drinks

Gatorade

Cheetos brand crunchy cheese curls

Doritos brand chips COOL RANCH FLAVOR ONLY

Tostitos brand corn tortila chips

Lays stax potato chips

Boars Head Brand Sandwich meats just read the package clearly marked gluten free

Great Value brand artifical sweetners from walmart

Bobs Red Mill Choclate Cake Mix you cant tell the difference from gluten free or regular its that good

It's very sweet of you to work with your girlfriend to find places she can eat. My boyfriend is also very good about this and I love him for it!

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute.
