I have taken gluten out of my diet for the last two and a half weeks, but I think there may be other factors possibly causing my troubles. Are dairy, egg and soy intollerances also common in celiacs? These things seem to cause me problems as well.

Whether specifically linked or not (probably yes because of the leaky gut), many people discover additional intolerances after going gluten free that have been masked by the massive response to gluten. That is why there is so much talk on here about the elimination diet, to discover what these other problem foods are.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
