Did I hear that floating poopies are a sign of celiac, or gluten sensitivity?

It means you are not metabolizing the fat in your diet. It could mean Celiac, but it could also mean gall bladder problems or other things.

I second the fat thing. My daughter has Cystic Fibrosis and that's one of the poop things we gotta watch for! lol

      Wheat flour is fortified with vitamins in the U.S. as a part of USDA policy. Gluten free facsimile products are not fortified. There is no government mandate for such. When you remove wheat flour by going gluten free, you may be removing a significant source of vitamins.
