My son has a sleep over and campout coming up.. Smores will be part of each.

Marshmallow look to be OK.

Which chocolate might be safest?

Any ideas for the sandwich part?

I'm open to any alternatives as well. Thanks

Hersheys is a good chocolate for that. Just check the label for wheat,rye,barley,oats...they will not hide anything.

Orville Reddenbacher popcorn cake (caramel flavor is what I use)

Hershey Chocolate Bar

Kraft Mini Marshmallows (jet puffed brand)

Peanut Butter (jiff or skippy)

Spread the peanutbutter on the popcorn cake, top with hershey chocolate bar broken into chunks, top with several mini marshmallows. Microwave for a few seconds until the marshmallows puff.

Health Valley rice bran crackers taste similar to graham crackers. They are available in the US at Kroger in the natural food section.

The label does say "gluten free ingredients" rather than claiming to be totally gluten free. Some people aren't comfortable buying products labeled as such. I've never had symptoms after eating them.

I use them also for smores, they also are good for "graham cracker" pie crust....stick them in the food prsocessor. Also I have never had a reaction from them either and I have been eating them for at least 12 years or so.

Hi!

I have seen people use 2 gluten-free choc. chip cookies as the "sandwich" part before. I thought, duh, why didnt I think of that?? lol
