I found a good gluten-free/ not sure if it is casien free, but it did say dairy free(sorry I don't know all the hidden forms of casien) frozen treat. They are Phillyswirls Italian Ice stix. Here are the ingredients- WAter, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Natural and Artifical flavors, Banana Puree, Rasberry juice Conc, Orange juice conc, Satbilizer (Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Cirtate, guar Gum, Pectin) Citric Acid, ascorbic Acid, Red #40, Yellow #5,6, Blue #1. They are very tasty. there website is www.phillyswirl.com.

I know it isn't ice cream, but it might help take the edge off the craving.

Philly Swirls are dairy free and all of their products are gluten free except the sandwich type treats...

God bless,

Does anyone know what all yeast sensitivities means from Great Smokies? I had purchased the Uncheese Cookbook before I realized that almost all recipes call for nutitional yeast. Is nutritional yeast the same as what is referred to on that test? I'm lost!

ok, I just saw an ad in the brand new Living Without magazine for Soyco Vegan Cheese substitutes and it says casein/dairy free, gluten free, trans fat free, cholesterol free... I don't know if this means that they are gluten and casein free or if there are some that are gluten free and some that are casein free...

it says Vegan singles ... anyway, check em out and maybe there is something there.

I am pretty sure that kraft shredded 2% cheddar is gluten-free as well as lactose free. Double check me though.

There are lactose free choices of cheese available at most stores, and many are also gluten-free, but if you need to be casein free none of the regular cheeses made from cows milk or goats milk are going to be safe for you.

Warning!!

I tried these and they are pure nasty. Blech! Nothing like real cheese. Gross. Bad. Yuck. (etc.)

Maybe you will like them but don't get your hopes up!

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
