Soap: To Wash Or Not To Wash?

So last night I was laying in bed and starting thinking about hand soap. If I am not using lotion with gluten--what about soap? I've never heard anyone mention it before--but do you guys watch hand soap? If so, what about when you're out? My soap at home is okay, so maybe its not in very many...

I watch all things that I use. Soap is included in what I check, simply because I have such a myriad of skin allergies.

So do you take it as far as not using the soap when you are at the mall, running errands etc. ?

No, I use the soap in public restrooms. I'm more afraid of what diseases I might pick up than I am of the soap! :D I just rinse very well with the water. I also don't put anything I touch in my mouth until I am home and can wash with my own soap. After having daycare in my home for 6 years, I've learned not to put things in my mouth, and that soap is not as scary as some of the germs that are out there!

That's true. I had wondered if any took it as far as carrying their own soap or sanitizer. I probably will not worry about the soap other than in my own home. I worked for Head Start for a year--needless to say, I washed my hands all the time! (After I saw how they "washed" their hands after going to the bathroom !) I can relate

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
