Space heaters? LOL I think you're right!

Glad to know we're not alone in this.

There is one problem tho......If I'm sleeping next to another space heater...........I'm screwed!

My BP used to be so low that a doctor had to go back and forth 5 times to find it....and then it was 80/66.

That's funny too - cuz I took a bronkodilater that morning! hmmmmm.......was I crashing 2 hrs later? lol

I read today that if your thyroid is affected.....your body insulin reacts and messes up.....and it's also caused by insulin levels too..........and as I read on - it sounded like a diabetic is a person with food allergies! hmph! ya think?!?

I'm still working on all this to edumacate myself to the fullest.....but in the meantime, I trust no one when it comes to food.....so I do all the cooking....and in the process, I eat healthy.

Can't say I'm losing my weight yet, but if I can overheat in the winter from CC like a menopausal woman........then Summer and another 'space heater' is my haites!

I'm finally figuring out tho - that if I have anything dairy......my heartbeat is felt everywhere and with increasing pounding.

Narrowing it all down..........just sucks that now I'm gluten-free - OTHER things are standing in line saying....'ME NEXT! me next!!!!"

I so need a pool.........but I'll settle for the sprinkler.

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
