Has anyone ever found Chinese noodles, like the ones they give you in Chinese restaurants before dinner? Also, looking for crackers that are the closest to Ritz. Thanks for the info.

I have been getting these for a while now, they are House Tofu Shirataki Noodles. I have been finding them in more and more places - both the main grocery store chains in my town as well as my health food stores sell them. They are about $1-2. They serve 2 I think, and come in water. You have to rinse them as they have a bit of a seaweed smell to them at first. They are good fried or in soups.

They have become popular because they are low carb. Sometimes low carb does benefit us... :)

Thanks for your input. I was looking for the 'crunchy' type of noodles, not the 'pasta' type. Will keep looking.

I also use Thai Kitchen noodles for stir fries... Have you gone to an asian market to look for the crunchy noodles? I bought them once, but it was before I was gluten-free, and I can't remember what they were made out of. I would assume they were rice based, but not positive. I've found the products I've gotten from asian markets also state ingredients in english. That would be one idea...

Thanks rmj when I first rang up it was we can't do it without , but I talked to a lovely lady and she sorted it all out for me, so it pays to be persistent , I would have had to decline if I hadn't been given the water option too , so yes I'm glad too 😌

I’m so glad they listened to your concerns!  I hope you get some answers from the MRI.

Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.
