We just got back from Spain. I ate a lot of tortilla espanola and pimientos de padron! I also enjoyed patatas bravas (potatoes with a spicy paprika sauce) after confirming no gluten. Scott.....I concur. That is what I have concluded. It seems like the symptoms can be all over the place. I wonder how many doctors today would even consider Gluten problems when doing a diagnosis?- celiac disease
