I have been on and off sick for several years now. Stomach pain, weakness and countless other issues. I start uses a gluten-free diet in the beging of last year and after been tested with blood work and an bioplsy. All of which were neg. Now again I'm very sick... stomach cramps that are crazy.. I lost 15 lbs. I restated the gluten-free diet two days ago better, but still have ABD cramping. I'm so sick of being SICK..... The doc's just keep saying there not sure maybe a virus,come on for a year!!!

Question what would be a good starting diet that is gluten-free. I'm going to find a Celiac Dr in my area in the meantime.

The best way to start the diet is to go with whole unprocessed foods as much as possible. Fresh meats, potatoes, rice, veggies, fruits etc. Do get a new toaster for gluten free breads and don't share butter, nut butters, condiments etc with gluten eaters. Do keep in mind that if you are going to have more testing for celiac you need to keep eating a regular gluten filled diet until the testing is done.
