from a search I just did on Malt O Meal's website, under nutrition facts for the product Cocoa Dyno Bites, at the bottom of the ingredients list it clearly says in BOLD Contains WHEAT ingredients. So to answer your question, they are no longer gluten free <_<

The Corn Bursts, and Corn Flakes also now contain Wheat ingredients. I didn't see any listed for the Crispy Rice or the Fruity Dyno-Bites, but always check. They are in the process of changing over all of their ingredients. AND at least they are clearly labeling that their product contains wheat.

It does still appear that Post Cocoa Pebbles by Kraft foods are still gluten free. If anyone knows for sure if this is correct or incorrect please post!

I'm not sure if they've changed the ingredients for the fruity dyno-bites, but I do know that I've had some issues with them as of late (non-gluten-free cereals popping up in the bag). So if you're worried about cross contamination, I'd avoid them.

Last time I checked (about a month ago), Post Cocoa Pebbles were gluten-free.

Yes, the Post Cocoa Pebbles are gluten free

environkids has the best cocoa krispy type cereal I have ever tried. Organic and gluten-free. We made rice crispy treats out of them and every single person who tried them said they were the best they ever had. YUMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!! We thought next time we would melt some nestle morsels and dribble that over the top, anything for even more chocolate :P:D:rolleyes:

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
