Trader Joes Dairy Free Frozen Mochi?

I just tried this product and it was fabulous! I know it is dairy free and from what I can tell on the label it is gluten free but I am a little worried. Couldn't find anything on their website about it. Can anyone with more experience reading labels help me out? :)

      My feeling is that histamine intolerance/MCAS is doesn't get enough press in the medical world and is greatly underdiagnosed.

      Have you heard anything about being celiac and pills, vitamins not absorbing into your system? I hope that makes sense. Basically, you don’t get the full effect. There is something that helps the absorption, like Vit C?? Thanks for all of your help.

      Prana Organics no longer GFCO-certified

      Updating to note that it has been over a month since I initially wrote Prana and they haven't provided a response to my question about what testing limits (ppm) they use now. I've sent them a couple reminder emails but nothing. Booo.
