gluten-free Chicken Salad/pimento Cheese - Available Commerically?

Does anyone know of any commercially made gluten-free chicken salads or pimento cheese spreads? We are going camping over the next couple of weeks and I would like some easy sandwich/cracker/chip toppers that I don't have to make myself. Yes, that sounds lazy but I am already prepping 15 days worth of dinners and breakfasts for 6 - 9 people and something has just got to be easy.

Any help would be appreciated, or if you have other easy lunch type ideas that would be great too.

You may find this link to Hormels gluten-free website helpful. There is quite a bit you can likely find that will make life easier.

Just check your ingredients. Kraft products will clearly list any gluten. I don't think I've ever seen a pimento cheese spread that has gluten and rarely have I seen chicken salad with it. Same with egg salad and tuna salad.

Publix premade chicken salad in the deli area is listed as gluten free on their "gluten-free Products List".

      yes it was very notable during the pre diagnosis of coeliacs in fact it was all the time.

      Sorry, the question is if there is any insight as weather there would actually be gluten from the beer that would be in or on the chicken after cooking. We know alcohol evaporates off during cooking. My guess is the gluten would remain on the chicken skin, as gluten is not alcohol-soluble.

      I agree with @trents, could be worth having another scope. Oddly enough I'm in the same boat except my current odd sensation is near my appendix, I think I'll request a colonoscopy for peace of mind.
