Cutting Board For Travel? Brand Or Style You Like?

Is there a decent light cutting board on the market? I used to have some flexible ones by Progressive, but it always felt like my knife was going to slide off them when I used them, so I got rid of them. I'd like something a little lighter than my usual cutting board for my suitcase! LOL!

I use the slightly flexible cutting mats. I have never had any problem with them. I use them on the counter for a clean workspace, too.

You might be able to find a clear plastic cutting board. We had one of those for awhile & they were light but thicker than the mats.

Other than my good heavy bamboo boards I use flexible ones, too. There are a couple of different widths. Some even come colour coded with little chickens/fish/veg on them to serve as reminders of their different uses! :)

I found a small and very cheap one at the dollar store. I bought more than one and then just use them for travel. Small and cheap enough to toss if needed.

      Thoughts? Non-endoscopic Celiac diagnosis in two year old

      Okay that is really good to know. So with that being positive and the other being high it makes sense she diagnosed her even without the endoscopy. So glad we caught it early. She had so many symptoms though that to me it was clear something was wrong. yeah I think we had better test us and the other kids as well.

      @GlorietaKaro, your respiratory reactions to gluten make me wonder if there might also be an allergic (anaphylaxis) component at work here.

In the meantime, I will carry on has I have been— it’s working! Thanks also for the validation— sometimes I just feel crushed by disbelief. Not enough to make me eat gluten though—
