Hey everyone,

It has been a while since I posted on here but I just wanted to check in and tell everyone that going Gluten Free was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made.

So many of my symptoms have either lessened in severity or went away totally. I have finally been able to take up running again for the first time in 3 years.

Don't get discouraged if you aren't recovering as quickly as you would like, it certainly takes time and you will have some set backs, but keep pushing through.

Good Luck!

Thanks for your upbeat message Pete! I'm glad to hear that gluten-free has worked for you. I'm pretty new to all of this so it's always encouraging to hear good outcomes. :D

Good to hear your doing well! I too went gluten free at the beginning of May and was starting to feel much better until just recently. The setbacks are tough but youve just gotta stay postive!

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

Thank you for the links to the articles.  Interesting reading. I'll be telling my brother in law because he has a lot of pain
