Goat Milk/beans

I was thinking about trying goat milk to get some more calories in my diet and also to have an easy to digest protein. I have had occasional problems with cow milk lactose(I'm also casein sensitive) in the past but I understand that alot of lactose intolerant people handle goat milk pretty well. I'm wondering, however, if the lactose in goat milk will delay the healing of my intestines even if I am tolerating it well? There isn't much I can eat these days and I would like to add what ever I can to my diet.

Another question I have is, If beans cause me to have gas does that mean they are doing harm to my intestines? The only thing I seem to be able to tolerate are beans and meat, although I'm not sure if I'm digesting them very well.
