Why would only DGP IgG be positive? If you had Celiac, wouldn't the DGP IgA be positive? Or is the IgG more indicative of intolerance rather than Celiac and that is why they are not both positive? Thanks, Jennifer

Was your total IGA done? If you are IGA deficient your IGA related tests will be negative.

The total IgA was fine at 89 mg/dl. (range 41-395 mg/dl)

This is for your little girl right? Honestly - the blood tests have a very high false neg in children. So even if its neg it means nothing, and any GI worth their salt will know that and do an endo no matter what the bloods say.
