UGGHHH! Not that the pizza was bad, but I'm soooo full. :o It was tooo good! Since I can't have gluten, dairy or soy, I used the Namaste pizza crust mix. Then I added tomato paste, shrimp, red peppers, black olives, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes and 'Chreese' mix (Alfredo plus a little Cheddar). The Chreese topping look horrible--it's not white like good ol' mozzarella--but it blended well with the tomato paste and other flavors. I won't use a package mix crust again, unless it's a yeast bread recipe, because I could taste the baking powder in untopped crust. Nevertheless that 'safe' pizza was surprisingly good ... good enough that I overate and feel miserably full! I know all you 'Chreese' haters are cringing, but when I can't have ANY vegan, soy, almond or rice cheese because they ALL have either casein, lactose or soy, I'm glad I could use Chreese sauce on my first gluten-free pizza. :D BTW a glass of Merlot helped, too!

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
