I Need Help Interpreting These Test Results

I recieved the results of my Celiac Panel today and I do not understand the results. The results are as follows...

TTG IGA AB... Results say <1 The reference range says <4 U/ml. The form also shows low, normal, high and flag columns. My <1 result is listed under the "high" column result.

The paper also says, <4U/ml No antibody detected.

>or=4 U/ml: antibody detected.

IGA result was 198...this number was also listed in the "high" level column. The IGA reference range is 81-463mg/dL

My dr. has not discussed these results with me yet and I would like to know what these results mean and if it does or does not signal Celiac. Thanks!
