Anyone use Eno to get rid of trapped gas? Do you find that it works?

Hi Skittles,

Eno does work for trapped gas, another good option is fennel seeds or 7 UP with a bit of salt...

Meh

I haven't used Eno in years as I found a recipe for it.

1t baking soda, a small amount of water to dissolve the soda. Mix in a cap ful of vinegar and while it is fizzing, drink it back. I find that the more water I use the more vinegar I have to use.

:) A light bulb just clicked on. My mother (who I'm sure was celiac) always had "Eno's fruit saltsl" in the house which she used to take all the time. I used to sneak some in a soft drink (we only ever had non-fizzy) and make fizzy drink out of it. It all makes sense now. :D

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
